This textbook assumes extensive use of Maple for examples and homework solutions. While any symbolic mathematics program would do as well, Maple is the standard for calculus teaching at Penn (and many other places). A very good compendium of online tutorials on Maple is available from Indiana University, Bloomington. Hopefully, examples for MathCad will also appear in the future.
