Southeastern Montgomery County Chapter 468 News Report for August, 2002
Subject: Update on Chapter's Pennypack Creek improvement project, workday August 17, 2002. It was a hot day! The creek water level was noticably down from previous months. The hot weather and couple of months lack of rain is having an affect on the stream. It's a stressful situation for the Pennypack. The rock and log diverters are taking shape. Another diverter was made and filled with rocks on the right bank about 50 feet from the rock dump site. Mike Wilson is happy with the ongoing progress.
